The blue card light truck has entered the era of aluminum alloy. But can aluminum alloy materials really save the blue card light truck?
1、 Aluminum alloy materials are widely used, and only a few parts are not used yet
Since last year, most models in the market have used aluminum alloy parts. Different models have used more or less parts. With the development of the whole supporting industry towards lightweight, the research and development technology of aluminum alloy parts has gone deeper. At present, only a few parts have not developed aluminum alloy status (cab, front and rear axle, engine, etc.).
Common aluminum alloy parts include aluminum alloy air receiver, aluminum alloy fuel tank, and aluminum alloy housing gearbox. The aluminum alloy car is a product in the middle period of vehicle lightweight. 2、 Analysis of advantages and disadvantages of aluminum alloy parts, and caution should be taken in case of excessive use
Although aluminum alloy materials have light deadweight and high hardness, they are prone to brittle fracture and have short fatigue life. While steel materials have heavy deadweight and average hardness, they have good toughness and long fatigue life. Based on the difference between the two materials, parts made of two different materials have great differences in other aspects besides deadweight.
Aluminum alloy case gearbox is an important part of automobile power assembly. The use of aluminum alloy materials can also greatly improve the heat dissipation capacity of the gearbox, with better heat dissipation effect and longer service life.

Aluminum alloy air reservoir, the air reservoir is the key component of the automobile brake system. The use of aluminum alloy materials can effectively prevent the air reservoir and valve from rusting, thus improving the reliability of the brake system and driving safety.

Aluminum alloy fuel tank, with the continuous upgrading of emissions, requires higher and higher fuel quality for the engine. Rust prevention of aluminum alloy fuel tank can ensure that the fuel will not be polluted, the engine service life will be longer, and the exhaust emissions will be cleaner.

Aluminum alloy side rear protection. The side rear protection of vehicles is mainly to prevent pedestrians and vehicles from getting involved under the truck to cause secondary injury. The aluminum alloy material is mainly used to reduce weight, which has no other function except for good looks.

3、 The extensive use of aluminum alloy is not only in compliance with the licensing, but also aims at the overload capacity after the licensing
With the development of lightweight technology, the supporting system of various aluminum alloy parts tends to mature. The amount of aluminum alloy parts used has a great impact on the vehicle carrying capacity. Some models retain the carrying capacity to the greatest extent by using a large number of aluminum alloy parts, and still have a strong overload capacity after being licensed.
In fact, the self weight of the vehicle can be achieved under the condition of less aluminum alloy parts. However, the vehicle's carrying capacity will be reduced. After a large number of aluminum alloy parts are used, the vehicle's self weight can be reduced by more than 500kg. After the use of reinforced leaf springs, front and rear axles, 7.50R16 tires, large frame, etc., the vehicle's self weight can still be achieved in compliance, with a load of 5-6t.

However, due to the high cost of aluminum alloy parts, the corresponding vehicle price is naturally higher. Under the dual demand of carrying capacity and self weight compliance, only a large number of aluminum alloy parts can be used, while the price of the same model is nearly 10000 yuan higher, which greatly increases the cost of vehicle purchase and brings economic burden to users.
