The amount of aluminum alloy parts used has a great impact on the vehicle carrying capacity. Some models retain the carrying capacity to the greatest extent by using a large number of aluminum alloy parts, and still have a strong overload capacity after being licensed.
In fact, the self weight of the vehicle can be achieved under the condition of less aluminum alloy parts. However, the vehicle's carrying capacity will be reduced. After a large number of aluminum alloy parts are used, the vehicle's self weight can be reduced by more than 500kg. After the use of reinforced leaf springs, front and rear axles, 7.50R16 tires, large frame, etc., the vehicle's self weight can still be achieved in compliance, with a load of 5-6t.

However, due to the high cost of aluminum alloy parts, the corresponding vehicle price is naturally higher. Under the dual demand of carrying capacity and self weight compliance, only a large number of aluminum alloy parts can be used, while the price of the same model is nearly 10000 yuan higher, which greatly increases the cost of vehicle purchase and brings economic burden to users.

The application of aluminum alloy materials can undoubtedly change the dilemma that the blue light truck is overweight and cannot be licensed, greatly reducing the difficulty of licensing, and can effectively guarantee the vehicle carrying capacity on the basis of weight reduction.
