In the keynote report of the forum, Academician Wang Yaonan of the Chinese Academy of Engineering presented the first report entitled "Application and Development Trend of Intelligent Robot Technology". Academician Wang systematically and comprehensively expounded the purpose and significance of developing robots, the current development of intelligent robots at home and abroad, the key technologies and specific applications of intelligent robots, and the future development direction of robots. Academician Wang pointed out in the report that the future development direction of robots is networking, autonomy, collaboration and dexterity. We must plan a good development strategy, create a good innovation environment, and design the standards and technologies of the next generation of robots. The most important thing is to build a robot industry talent team to integrate technicians, engineers and scientists.
Hou Zengguang, a researcher from the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, focused on the intelligent robot interaction and its application in the field of rehabilitation medicine in his report entitled "Human computer interaction control of robots". He pointed out that safety is the first priority in human-computer interaction, which should be effective under safety conditions, and then comfort and cost should also be considered. The future robot challenge is not only a challenge of strength, but also a challenge of intelligence.
Zhang Wenlin, President of the Strategy Department of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., in his report entitled "Making robots more intelligent and easier to develop", focused on the thinking and research on "how to endow robots with intelligence". Looking back on the overall trend, AI robots or intelligent robots are subverting the entire traditional robot industry, not only breaking the technical limitations of relying on automation itself, but also making robots more widely used in all walks of life. However, the challenges are also significant. How to achieve end-to-end, edge and cloud collaboration, rapid development, and rich application services are the problems to be faced now.
Professor Liu Sheng from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Wuhan University gave a report entitled "Sensors for Internet of Things and Advanced Manufacturing". The report mainly discusses the key technologies and applications of the fourth industrial revolution, the Internet of Things and sensors, and micro sensor manufacturing. Professor Liu Sheng believes that with the rapid development of intelligent industry, various sensors are urgently needed to assist production. Without sensors, intelligent industry and the Internet of Things will be nonsense, and the real economy such as intelligent manufacturing will also exist like a foam. Sensor is an indispensable key component in intelligent industry. The preparation of sensor chips and sensor packaging involve multi-step processes. Reasonable process mechanical design can effectively improve the performance of sensors; Customized R&D of chip growth equipment requires multi physical field and multi-scale simulation design to achieve original achievements in equipment R&D, thus breaking the import monopoly and creating conditions for innovative development of new sensor devices.
Wei Hongxing, Chairman of AOBO (Beijing) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., presented a report entitled "Innovative Development Road of AOBO Cooperative Robot". The report mainly introduces the current application of cooperative robots. From industry to commerce, service industry, and even physical therapy and health industry, cooperative robots have been widely used. Chairman Wei Hongxing pointed out that China has the broadest market, and there will be world-class robot giants in the future. We should give full play to the advantages of the robot industry, train more robot engineers, let more engineers apply and promote robots, and form a good robot industry development ecology.
Zhang Chaohui, the founder and CEO of Youai Zhihe Robot, presented a report entitled "Wheel Driven Data Revolution". The report mainly reviews the development history and industrial progress of mobile robots, and shares the combination of mobile robots and 5G. He believes that the era of mobile robots enabling the industry through their own functions and data is just beginning, and we must be ready to welcome the industrial data revolution brought by mobile robots.
The afternoon forum was co chaired by Professor Mei Xuesong of Xi'an Jiaotong University and Professor Cheng Peng of Zhejiang University. First, Li Peigen, an academician of the CAE Member and professor of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, delivered a report entitled "5G+Industrial Internet and Smart Factory". In the report, Academician Li elaborated on the significance and specific application of 5G and industrial Internet in intelligent manufacturing, and pointed out that digital twins, deep integration of IT and OT, and DIY autonomous network will be the main features of the development of the next generation of intelligent manufacturing.
Mei Xuesong, a professor of Xi'an Jiaotong University, gave a report entitled "Mobile Manipulating Robot Technology and Application", introduced the key technologies of mobile manipulators in detail, analyzed the mobile manipulators from the aspects of navigation SLAM (legs), visual guidance and grasping (hands) in robot operation, and proposed that the future development of mobile robots would become more intelligent.
Liu Hao, a researcher of Shenyang Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, delivered a report entitled "Research and development and application exploration of quarantine robots". The report first introduced the research on the core and key technologies of the throat swab sampling robot, then elaborated on the clinical application of the robot in the Guangzhou Institute of Respiratory Health at the initial stage of the outbreak of the epidemic, and finally put forward some in-depth thinking on the research and development of robots under the situation of normalized epidemic prevention and control.
Next, Liu Yutai, CTO of Poseidon Robotics Technology Co., Ltd., vice president of Poseidon Intelligent Robotics Research Institute, and chief scientist of Fisher Holding Group, delivered a report entitled "Innovative Application and Development Prospect of Mobile Robots in the Field of Stereo Security". From the pain points of traditional security industry, comprehensive solutions of stereo security robots, stereo security cloud platform Three dimensional security robot products, their main functions and practical application cases are introduced and prospected.
Li Zhihao, chief operating officer of SF DHL SUPPLY CHAINCHINA, delivered a report entitled "Holding the power of digital twins to optimize the supply chain", pointing out that digital twins are digital images of physical entities, including digital drive and model drive. This paper analyzes the digital twins from three aspects: the digital twins in the shipping field, the digital twins in packaging materials&containers, and the digital twins in warehousing and distribution. It also expounds the intelligent management cloud platform of Shunfeng DHL supply chain in China, the logistics operation management center, Le.com and other automation systems, and makes a positive outlook on the development of digital twins in the logistics field.
